Downtown St. Augustine, just a 15 minute drive or uber ride away from our beach escape- hosts the famous “Nights of Lights” from 11/23/24-01/26/25. Nights of Lights has been listed among the top ten holiday light displays in the world by National Geographic. During this festival of lights, downtown St. Augustine glows with holiday magic – from the ground to the rooftops. St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights features millions of tiny white lights that create a magical atmosphere in the Nation’s Oldest City, and it’s free of charge. This is a must see, it is spectacular! There are opportunities to take a boat tour, a trolley tour, a horse drawn carriage ride, and more.

The property features a gated entry, large parking lot, new pickleball and basketball court, a tennis court, a clean and bright laundry room, an elevator down the hall that provides access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, a large pool, and sand walkway to the beach, which is only about 100 feet from the pool to the beach. There is also a foot wash station off the beach, and shower station just inside the pool area.

Our beach escape is located 5 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine Beach (also easy to bike or walk to), where you will find many great restaurants- most with live music often, coffee/donut/ice cream shops, the pier, a splash pad and playground right off the beach, an art gallery, cute shops, and many conveniences like 2 grocery stores, UPS, post office, Walgreens, and more.
Historic downtown St. Augustine is just a 15 minute drive or uber ride away, featuring exquisite restaurants of all types, beautiful shops, live music, wine bars, Castillo de San Marco Fort, the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, the Pirate Museum, Winery, Distillery, and more.
